Green Garage Door operates primarily as a customer-referral and lead-distribution service. The Service connects homeowners and property owners in Washington State who request garage door repair, installation, or related work with one or more independent, licensed and insured contractors (each, a “Service Provider”).
From time to time, ARN Construction LLC may itself perform work as the Service Provider. In all other cases, the Service Provider is an independent third party.

Actual estimates are provided by the Service Provider after an on-site assessment. You are not obligated to accept any estimate, and you may decline service at any time before work begins. Payment for completed work is collected directly by the Service Provider through the Service Provider’s own payment processor.

You represent that you are at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into this agreement. You agree not to: (a) submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information; (b) submit requests on behalf of someone else without authorization; (c) use the Service in violation of any law; (d) attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, scrape, or interfere with the website or its underlying systems; or (e) use the Service for any purpose other than requesting genuine garage door services.
The website, including its text, graphics, photos, logos, layouts, code, and the names “Green Garage Door” and “ARN Construction LLC,” are owned by ARN Construction LLC or its licensors and are protected by U.S. and international intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written permission, except for personal, non-commercial viewing.

For any matter not subject to arbitration, the exclusive venue shall be the state or federal courts located in King County, Washington, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.
