1. About Green Garage Door

“Green Garage Door” is a registered trade name (DBA) of ARN Construction LLC, a Washington limited liability company (collectively, “Green Garage Door,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website located at go-ggd.com and any related forms, content, or communications (the “Service”).

2. Nature of Our Service — Lead Referral & Customer Connection

Green Garage Door operates primarily as a customer-referral and lead-distribution service. The Service connects homeowners and property owners in Washington State who request garage door repair, installation, or related work with one or more independent, licensed and insured contractors (each, a “Service Provider”).

From time to time, ARN Construction LLC may itself perform work as the Service Provider. In all other cases, the Service Provider is an independent third party.

3. Independent Contractor Relationship

All Service Providers are independent contractors. No Service Provider is an employee, agent, partner, joint venturer, or representative of Green Garage Door or ARN Construction LLC, except where expressly identified in writing.

You acknowledge and agree that:

• Green Garage Door does not directly supervise, control, or direct the day-to-day manner or means by which Service Providers perform their work.
• Service Providers maintain their own licenses, insurance, tools, and business operations.
• Any contract, estimate, invoice, warranty, or guarantee for the actual work is between you and the Service Provider directly.
• Payment for completed work is made directly to the Service Provider.

4. No Warranty / Service Provided “As Is”

The website and Service are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Green Garage Door disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, and uninterrupted or error-free operation.

We make no warranty regarding:

• The quality, timeliness, safety, legality, or completeness of any work performed by a Service Provider;
• The qualifications, licensing status, insurance status, or background of any Service Provider beyond reasonable, good-faith vetting at the time of referral;
• Pricing quoted by a Service Provider, which is set independently by that Service Provider;
• Outcomes, response times, or savings represented in marketing copy, which are illustrative and not guaranteed.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

• In no event shall Green Garage Door, ARN Construction LLC, or any of their members, managers, officers, employees, agents, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, property damage, personal injury, or business interruption, arising out of or related to the Service or any work performed by a Service Provider, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
• The aggregate liability of Green Garage Door and ARN Construction LLC to you for any and all claims arising out of or relating to the Service shall not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars (US $100.00), regardless of the form of the action.
• This limitation applies whether the claim is based in contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability, statute, or any other legal theory.

6. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Green Garage Door, ARN Construction LLC, and their members, managers, officers, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to: (a) your use of the Service; (b) your breach of these Terms; (c) your violation of any law or third-party right; or (d) any dispute between you and a Service Provider, except to the extent caused by our gross negligence or willful misconduct.

7. Estimates, Pricing & Payment

Any pricing, response time, or savings figure presented on the website is illustrative only and is not a binding offer or guarantee. Actual estimates are provided by the Service Provider after an on-site assessment. You are not obligated to accept any estimate, and you may decline service at any time before work begins. Payment for completed work is collected directly by the Service Provider through the Service Provider’s own payment processor.

8. Consent to Contact (TCPA, Email, SMS)

By submitting your phone number and/or email through any form on the website, you expressly consent to be contacted by Green Garage Door and one or more Service Providers regarding your request, by phone call, voicemail, SMS/text message, and email, including by use of automated dialing systems and prerecorded messages, at the contact information you provided, even if that number is on a state or federal do-not-call registry. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Standard message and data rates may apply. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any SMS or by emailing us using the address below.

9. User Conduct & Eligibility

You represent that you are at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into this agreement. You agree not to: (a) submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information; (b) submit requests on behalf of someone else without authorization; (c) use the Service in violation of any law; (d) attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, scrape, or interfere with the website or its underlying systems; or (e) use the Service for any purpose other than requesting genuine garage door services.

10. Intellectual Property

The website, including its text, graphics, photos, logos, layouts, code, and the names “Green Garage Door” and “ARN Construction LLC,” are owned by ARN Construction LLC or its licensors and are protected by U.S. and international intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written permission, except for personal, non-commercial viewing.

11. Third-Party Links & Services

The website may contain links to third-party websites or services (for example, Google Fonts, mapping providers, or payment processors). We do not control and are not responsible for third-party content, terms, or privacy practices. Your use of any third-party service is at your own risk and is governed by that third party’s terms.

12. Arbitration & Class Action Waiver

Please read carefully. This section affects your right to go to court.

Except for claims that may properly be brought in small-claims court, any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service (each, a “Dispute”) shall be resolved by final and binding individual arbitration, administered by the American Arbitration Association (“AAA”) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules in effect at the time the arbitration is initiated.

• The arbitration shall be conducted by a single arbitrator.
• The seat and place of arbitration shall be Seattle, Washington, USA, unless otherwise agreed.
• The arbitrator’s award shall be final and may be entered as a judgment in any court of competent jurisdiction.
• You and we each waive any right to participate in a class action, collective action, or representative action. Disputes must be brought on an individual basis only.

30-day opt-out: You may opt out of this arbitration provision by sending written notice to the email address listed under “Contact” below within 30 days of the date you first agreed to these Terms. The notice must include your name, mailing address, and an unambiguous statement that you wish to opt out.

13. Governing Law & Venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. For any matter not subject to arbitration, the exclusive venue shall be the state or federal courts located in King County, Washington, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Effective Date.” Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

15. Privacy Policy

15.1 Information We Collect

When you submit a service request, we collect: your name, phone number, ZIP code, email address (if provided), the service category you select, and any description you choose to share about the issue.
